Positioning Fan Isolation switch

With 17th Edition coming into effect shortly. ?, does the fan isolation switch as to be a max hight of 1200 or can it be installed high up, above the door

The fan isolator does NOT need to be in the 450-1200mm zone, as it is only used when maintaining or repairing/replacing the fan.

This has nothing to do with the 17th edition either.
