Hope you can help. I've got a Potterton Lynx 2 combi boiler. Just had it serviced and was told it was in reasonable condition. Last week it lost pressure so I refilled it to 2.5 Bar ( loses pressure about once every 6 months ). This caused minor leakage for a while but it has now settled at 2Bar and was working fine. However. got up today and the water will not heat. The LEDs for Water Heating, Ignition and Demand all come on and I can see the ignition spark working okay. However the gas is not igniting and so after a few seconds I get a reset message. Any ideas? Would lowering the pressure help at all?

Thanks for replying Chris. However, I reduced the pressure to just over 1 bar and it seems to have done the trick.
