potterton prima f30 lighting problems

Hi all I have a potterton prima f30 and its has started to not light first time. It trys to light then stops then 4 sec trys again Once it’s lit it runs no problem
I am an electrician and I have replaced the PCB a few years back and the air flow sensor.
I think it’s the board again but I was reading a post about if the fan is faulty this could be a possible cause.any ideas as with the holiday i would hate it to stop working all together.
