Hi boys,
Potterton Promax HE Store boiler in one of our managed properties shows a fault code E15. Can't find a decode for that one on the Potterton servicing and installation PDF. Anyone know what the code might refer to?
The tenant gets hot water, and only had the control switch set on that, until I came along and switched it to both HW and Heating, alas it didn't make any difference. Room stat set to circa 25C, and elsewhere all rad TRVs opened to max.
Ta if anyone might have any clues.
