Hi, I was wondering if I can tee of my bath hot and cold to fit a power shower

Power shower will need dedicated hot and cold feeds from appropriate tank/cistern.
You could probably cheat and tee into bath supplies (assuming bath supplies are both tank fed) but doubtful it'll do the life of the shower any favours, the guarantee will probably be void due to incorrect installation and if its not thermostatic then a draw off of hot or cold water elsewhere may result in the person showering getting either frozen or scalded.....
