Powermax 155x - newbie question?

Ouch. Any idea how much that would roughly cost for someone to replace for me? Having had a look around this site, it looks like not a lot of people will touch this model either :(

Yes power cut can damage timer.
I have had this before when isolating power to service Range Powermax boilers but have also had instances where customers have had a power cut overnight.

It's evident when the CH and HW lights are less bright than they usually are.
If your handy with electrics it is possible to wire the timer out on the wiring center to prove the rest of the boiler functions as it should do

Thanks, timer and programmer same thing?

They are both duller than usual yes. How can you wire it out to test?

These programmers are repairable. I repair them.
Checkout ebay.
Don't know if I am breaking any forum rules by advertising, no doubt I will find out, but my intention is to help you out.

A timer is usually used to describe a single channel device.

A programmer is usually used to describe a two channel device as used for CH and HW.
