pre plaster inspection

Afternoon
Our last BCO inspection was after the dpc had been laid & they advised to call them back once the walls were all completed and roof was on. It is almost at this stage but I wondered if they expect the roof insulation and doors/windows to be in place too before calling them out?

Ive tried calling them but still awaiting a return call so any advice is appreciated thanks.

They need to be able to see the roof structure.

They don't inspect insulation or windows.
