Nobody said that you were pretending, or that you were a criminal, but you've put yourself in the firing line that was aimed at the OP, who was being disingenuous.

Because (see the above) the OP's motives are highly suspect and chr15 has stuck a big fat oar into the proceedings.

So what the blue blazes is wrong with that first post? Just about sums it all up-massive ego's,too clever to give out their precious knowledge to people who might not be as experienced as them.

In this you imply that someone accused you of pretending. And the only thing you could have thought you were being accused of pretending was being an RGI, which, if you pretended to a customer and carried out gas work, would make you a criminal.

However, the fact is that it wasn't you who was being accused of pretending.

Ooooooooh i've started summit here, i know this is a DIY site but as ive installed at least 500 boilers and never noticed this pressure fluctuation before (wether it happened or not, i've never noticed it) i came in from work, posted this question then went out and got really drunk (try it sometime some of you) cant believe the hullaballoo. A straight yes thats normal or no its not would have sufficed. Should have known better eh Bye the way this spellcheckers great when your stotting.
