I have just done some work on a house that has had heating problems for 4 years.
one problem was a vertical rad that was bought from B and Q.
I suggested that it was upside down.
customer thought i was taking the ****.
In the end I took rad off and took it into the garden and removed tails and plugs and showed them. put back on the correct way and it is red hot now!
