Problems with Vaillant Turbomax combi not firing up on HW

I would expect that an employed staff engineer is required to fix the boiler asap regardless of the number of parts used.

My only experience like that is as a service agent where you only got one spare part supplied. So you had to get it right first time! Or risk paying for the part yourself!

How long it takes is your good or bad luck! You are paid the same regardless.

im sorry but I've seen both sides of the fence.crap independents and crap manu engineers.most do not chuck parts at boilers you really are living in the dark ages and believing bolox you hear...and DIA you have a very narrow minded view mate ,we know theres a whole world out there we have all swam in different ponds, and now we settle in one that we believe in .some times just because you run a company doesn't make you any good, the crap sometimes rises to the top its safer than having to do the work yourself.its better to be really good at one thing than crap at loads...

Some of the best guys in the buisness are in the CC , they don't always venture into this section and if they did i'm sure you wouldn't have been so narrow minded with regard to your recomendation. ;)

You need to visit the CC more often , i'm sure some of the guys could teach you a trick or two.

In the dark ages boilers were reliable and nothing like the crap they been chucking out for the last 15 years or so and that includes Vaillant and all the so called market leaders.

And there's 1000s of se RGIs out there, are you saying they are crap at loads because they work with more than one brand.
