radiator always on

I have a Potterton Prima B boiler and since last night my radiators (both upatairs and downstairs) are always worm even after switching off the central heating and hot water. Any advice would be helpful

Silly question maybe, but are you sure that the boiler actually stops when you turn it off? In other words, do you turn it off on the boiler or with the timer?
