Hello everyone. I'll come right out and say it, I'm a DIY novice. I'd like to replace my radiators, but I have no idea how to go about doing this. I don't think this is something I should be doing myself to be honest. I've also trying looking on the internet for guides but alas have found none. Finally, a question: The pipes that connect to my radiator both come out from the same place in the floor. I see that with most radiators, these pipes come out and attach to either side of the radiator. Is my configuration normal? Will I need a special radiator? What should I do? Thanks!

do they go into the same end of the rad at the same point 
you may well have to change the valves
