I have a raven heat boiler and Cannot find the model number as my pilot light is not igniting and have no central heating where can I find this and get a manual to repair it

I like Ravens. I have found the ones I see to be perfectly reliable.
I have more trouble with Worcesters.
Similarly Ferroli actually. Although not the same build quality some of
the older ferroli boiler just keep plodding on.
If you take a pic of the boiler and post it we might be able to tell you which model it is
