Ravenheat CSI85 cycles on and off, CH and HW?

Hi, boiler starts up, fans on, gas valve opens, pilot on, main burner partly lights then immediately goes out and loops the cycle.

This continues until the boiler fires successfully and its then OK, at least its OK for the next 5 seconds or 5 mins or 15 mins, then goes off and repeats, no consistent pattern?

Odd thing the fault light never comes on?

Any help much appreciated.

Without further info and if it does it mainly on ch. it could be the fan modulating board.

Its either one, the boiler just keeps trying and repeating the cycle till it get going fully.

Then it'll stay on from anything to 5 seconds to 15mins.

The manuals vague in its either the board or the valve, thats £140 each to see which ones faulty, may be better just biting the bullet and getting a new one like for like?

Worst case scenario, get Ravenheat in on a fixed price repair.
