I have just bought a house with a ground floor 'wet room' that was installed for an elderly parent. I plan to use the room as a utility room as all of the hot/cold pipework is already close-by. Any advice please on the best way to bring the sloping floor back to level and the most efficient method of dealing with the central floor drain, thanks.
