I need a new freestanding machine to replace the old one. What way do I go about it? Old one is plugged into a socket behind an integrated freezer. Is there such a service that carries out removing and disposing of old one and installing new one its place. Bearing in mind that freezer needs to be temporarily moved out to get to the socket. Please.

Firms such as AO.com will disconnect and remove your old appliance, so long as you have specified and paid for this service. There are some exceptions such as hard wiring that won't be touched, but in your case there shouldn't be a problem.
