Roof repair price?

The roof is leaking in several places and needs work, it's a victorian terraced house, there's a pic from google maps below to give you an idea (bit small, soz).

Do you think this is a reasonable quote? It's from the sellers builder so I'm not in a position to get more quotes just yet (waiting for surveyor to go in).

Erect scaffolding.

Strip and relay roof tiles with a new breathable Roofshield felt membrane and 2 x 1 inch batten with a code 4 lead where necessary.

Replace window with a new Velux window and make good.

Replace centre valley with OSB board with a GRP finish.

Render 4 chimney stacks on your side only.

Render the back wall of front gable.

Remove all waste from site.

£4,850 + VAT

At face value it seems a very reasonable quote but the information is too sparse.

Size of velux, M2 rendering, area of roof , type and condition of tile, leadwork? etc.

As you say another couple of quotes.

Not much info but from what is listed it doesn't seem excessive.

Getting 2 or 3 more quotes is the best way to find out.
