Room thermostat

One more quick question as just get back from Toolstation and they have on sale Hive 1 for £60. Would I connect it in the same way as the Salus one ? my three wire + a bridge ?

Personally I would go for the hive 1, but that is totally my opinion , I have that in my own house

and that is what I have chosen ... very simple all together, 30 mins job thanks to picasso only minus is there is no stand for the thermostat as they suggest to have it mounted to the wall

fits perfectly into the old thermostat place, even screw holes were the same
