schlegel draught excluder for french windows

Hello
I am interested in using schlegel aquamac for our outward opening french doors, which seems to be very good stuff.

How does one know which profile to use for which type of door? Also is there anywhere it can be purchased in less than 10m lengths? Should it be intalled by a joiner? Is it self adhesive?
