I have been told that I need to replace the septic tank to a barn I am converting. I will need to install one that can be used by both the barn and the house next door.
I understand that the ground is largely clay and therefore I will have to pay for a percolation test.
Also because of the length of the run to the tank I might need additional pumping capability (I would say the run is 100m approx).
This information has been given to me by the architect and I am not sure how accurate it might be. I will have to get someone to take a look but was wondering whether the experts on here had a view??
