Servowarm boiler cutting out.

Hi

A friend of mine has a Servowarm boiler, wall mounted not master radiator type. It fires up OK the first time you turn it on but when the boiler thermostat cuts out, it will not start again unless you switch the mains supply off and then on again. I can hear a relay click when it starts the first time but once it cuts out, if you move the thermostat you can hear it click but no relay - until you turn the mains off/on. Something should be latching it, it appears, but isn't.
