servowarm elite 50 cracing noise

I have A Servowarm elite 50 boiler, it start making cracing noise when heating start wich can last from 5 cek to 1 min and if it dont stop it swich of the all gas of I mean the pilot lite

What that can be ?

I is not obvious from what you seem to be saying.

I suggest a competent engineer who is prepared to deal with such an old boiler.
