Shared Neutral & Trailing Edge Dimmer ?

Hi,

I am trying to diagnose a problem. I believe I have a shared neutral circuit for 2 maybe 3 rooms lighting. I have tried installing varilight v-pro dimmer switches in these rooms but am having problems with the lights flickering (Rm1-3x50w halogens, Rm2 60w halogen GLS Rm3=5x50w halogen)

Initially I thought it may have been a bad batch, but after replacement and the same independently flicking in all rooms, I now i'm wondering if there is another problem. could a shared Neutral cause this ?

Speak to Varilight direct, they had issues with compatibility in some batches of V-Pro dimmers. They sent me replacement modules from the latest batches with the latest software, and they are behaving a lot better.

They have a phone line, but it has very limited opening hours.

Get the codes of the side of the dimming module to give to them
