I have a mira shower valve working of the normal hot and cold supplies. The shower is in a room that is little used and the valve has become sticky and hard to turn off properly except by constant turning back and forward. Unhappily the valve has been set back in the wall and I cant get it out to service. Am in a hard water area. Would anyone have a view on passing a limescale remover down the hose outlet please ?

DOn't see how it would displace the water that's in there.?

Not an expert but I thought you could generally get to the gubbins from the front even if the valve is "concealed".
