Site toilets

hi all
I'm having a bit of building work done shortly and I don't want the trades using our house toilets, so having never hired a site toilet before, I was wondering if there are any issues I should be aware of?
There is plenty of room for the toilet to sit on my property but the sort of questions that I have are
1. Do they need any maintenance on my part or is that normally down to the hire company?
2. Who stocks it with consumerbles (toilet rolls)?
3. Are they user friendly?

I don't think that the hire company comes out every day to put a toilet roll in the tardis.

Getting the builder to hire it would be better

Normally add enough for the week and refill when cleaned
