SMEG Heating Element Wiring Help

Hi All,

Hopefully you will be able to help me. Our fan element for our oven went a couple of weeks back so we bought a new one. My other half thought it would be a good idea to take the old one off before i got home from work. In doing so, she has removed 3x wires + Earth from the old one with two terminals without noting what two wired were soubled up..

I know that the new design requires no earth wire, so that is now redundant but that leaves me with tree wires on two terminals. The wire colours are:

Orange / White
Blue / White
Blue.

Does anyone know how to determine what two go together? Smeg wont tell me across the phone.

2 blues together orange other side dont matter which way round .
