Having a new spa bath installed
it comes with about 2m of normal 3 core flex
this is not long enough to reach the fused switch i have installed in the adjacent bed room
i have run some twin and earth from the switch into the bathroom

i need to join the cables together somehow prefrably under the bath

what would be the best way of achieving this ?

thanks in advance

i've seen some waterproof inline flex jointers which would do nicely.

another possibility if you can get access to the terminals would be to simply replace the flex with a longer one.

I prefer that last suggestion!

Isn't someone going to mention part P ???

Oops and perhaps even an RCD ?

Tony.

part p: money making scheme which i dont agree with

RCD: essential safety device. i would recommend you use one.
