13) Testing - Good Question. Should be done on CU change. But will the install be less safe than it was previously?

Hi Andy

Are you really saying that it is acceptable to change a consumer unit without doing any pre testing of the installation?

What if there are a couple of N-E faults and the RCD/s won't set when he switches on.

Plus do you not have any other safety concerns at all about the lack of testing?

For as long as the deluded vote for system that favours the fortunate that are intent on the status quo the ordinary people will neve ever have the right to express there wishes for self determination if you want an English government then make it happen, only with an elected body with a aim to bring about devolved ambitions can you hope to achieve this, voting tory, as the majority of English people do, will only further entrench the establishment but if they are happy tugging the forelock and bowing to thoses they imagine to be their betters then I am affraid nothing will change
