Is youR isolation switch wired as a spur or is it wired on the ring.

it look as if its part of the ring .only 2 cables at back

You will have to prove that this is in fact a ring final circuit by testing end-end continuity between all conductors.

If this is a ring final circuit then you can spur one double socket from this point. Also if the socket in the conservatory is intended to ever supply outdoor equiptment then it will have to be RCD protected as per BS7671.

when i go to my circuit breaker in front room i can flip the switch to isolate all plugs lights etc independently up and down stairs . i notice a seperate switch for kitchein machines ie washing machine fridge freezer etc each object has a seperate isolation switch in kitchein which can be isolted independently so my naivety is presuming this is a ring circuit ? or at least should be ok to spur from as im presuming it,ll be the same circuit as my sockets???
