Hello, I am new to the forum, but I need some advice on my central heating system. I have an Olympic boiler in the kitchen and the hot water tank and heating timer is upstairs. The timer etc is a Switchmaster 900 and I have just been using the constant switch when at home. I will be away from home for a few days in the winter and need to put the timer on so the pipes don't freeze. I don't have the user instructions for Switchmaster 900, can anyone help?
I understand that the 4 colour pegs are placed on the on/off times. WHich colour is on/off and how is the time set? There is also another dial named advanced - what is this?
