Switcmaster 900

Can anyone help me at all please. I have a switchmaster 900 and have no idea on how to go about setting it to 2ce a day. This switchmaster 900 has 4 different coloured 'things'that are red, blue, green and yellow. The switchmaster has buttons for constant, once, twice and off. How do i set to twice a day heating for water and c/h please.

Any advice will do.
