I have a digistat 3 room thermostat and worcester boiler. It seems the thermostat does not talk to the boiler for CH. No problems with hot water. Even when temperature override attempted on thermostat the flame comes on display in thermostat but the boiler does not come on. Is there some easy way of dealing with this or do I need to get a plumber/engineer. Please help.

it is a wired thermostat. Thanks
Apologies for not replying sooner. Have you solved this problem/called an engineer or do you need more help? If so, more info on your system is required e.g:

1. Which WB boiler (exact model)?

If not a combi then,

2 How many motorized valves?

3 Is there a cylinder thermostat for the hot water (not the immersion stat)?
