Hello all,
Currently in the process of buying a house, and the current owners have had a conservatory put on the back of the house.
It means that the downstairs toilet window now opens into the conservatory.
I wasn't sure from a building regulations point of view whether this was acceptable?
I was wondering if an extractor fan or something should have been fitted into the downstairs toilet to compensate?
Not an expert in these matters, and hoping it's a simple one to get advice on.
Thanks
