bolt them to the wall and use mains lamps, but you are still going to need a controller

i'd be a bit apprehensive of a 5 yr old playing with light switches with 230v across them.
Rf are you really making it? if so, how about put some triacs on it, switched by the led out put, that way it can then switch the mains lights
