Treating a new deck?

Hi guys, hope someone is kind enough to help. So much info out there not sure what to do.

I have just put down a new timber deck(Scandinavian Pine, Kiln dried and Pressure treated ). Due to the weather i have only just completed the project although the boards in garden for a month. I'm now trying to decide on treating the deck.

Do i have to wait any time before treating? and i'm thinking oil to be best. Recomendations welcome.
