UKPN new supply quotes

Evening all,
I'm in the throws of wiring up a new pub, long short is I'm getting UKPN in to quote for a new supply, Ideally 200A 3phase. I've not had much dealings with that side of things before and wondering what ball parks people have been quoted before? Its in London on a smallish street not set back far from the street

It is impossible to know. There are so many variables. It could be that sufficient capacity, and available 3P goes right past the door.
Or it may need a lot of digging, jointing and other expensive stuff.
It could be £1,000. It could be £20,000.
The only way to find out is to raise an enquiry with UKPN and ask for a quote.

• this takes time, start the process yesterday.
• there is no competition in the DNO World. The price they give you is the price. You can't go to SSE and get a better one.

Some elements of it may be "contestable", which means you may elect to pay your own building contractor to dig trenches etc, rather than DNO rates.
