Underfloor Heating

Hi, I'm replacing the concrete floor in what is to be our kitchen and wondering about underfloor heating. I believe that the water system may be best but would like any advice anyone has to offer, incl suggestions for where to buy from?

I always install polyplumb's system where possible. They will spec and draw your requirements if you contact them via their web site. they are always helpful.
