Upvc corner weld joint shaping

Hi I have some windows where the weld joins are not the most appealing. I have other windows where there is a nice shape cut out and it makes the windows look really good.

I’ve had a look online and seen a hand device which was used to shape the corner, I can’t find the video now.

Does anyone know if I can clean up the corners to shape them?if so what is the apparatus called?

It's just how they come off the machine, that's the joints.

If I go to my local business that pumps out thousands a week, that's the same joints I get. If I choose a dearer frame etc.. then they come out better.

Hi I have a few windows which have the finish attached in this picture. So it is grooved. I had a look online and someone was able to create this groove with a hand held device. Any idea if I can replicate it?

And thats just a hand held one, most factories I know use a floor standing grooving machine probably worth 10's of thousands of pounds
