UPVC Door handle . . .

Maybe buy 2 sets of handles a 90mm pad and 68mm lever

Only thing I can suggest after calling a m8 is the universal lever/lever.
( He has his own locksmiths shop, 48 yrs in the game and says no chance:( )

Thanks for looking into it for me. Same answer I've been getting all day.

I'm goin to remeasure later as I've been told 68mm was only used on 1 brand of door, which I don't have.

No worries, Like I say the universal you can adjust the handles to the dimensions you require, from 58 to 92. would do the trick.

I will check my book tomorrow and give you the 2 handle codes you will need

By proces of elimination I think I have a 92/70 setup. Stilll can't find any chrome handles though!

Can you measure them, thats a bit different to the first measurement and a "process" isnt a measurement.

Reason I've said that is because I've been told only fullex use a 68mm centre and mine isn't a fullex. The handles become very wobbly so finding the centre is difficult.

Even at can the handles and pads be removed from te back plates? As there's 92/70's out there just the other way round if that makes sense.

Having said that, the screw holes will then be on the outside do wont work.

Right. I have a cego. 92/70. 92 being outside pad.

Looked like a hoppe

Thanks. A 92/70 pad lever is now obsolite everywhere. Very bad imo as the doors only 8 years old.

Does anyone know how easy it is to change the lock set, i know id have to drill new holes but the handle would cover these. Would a new lock gearbox work with the excisting hooks and bolts at the top/bottom of the door?

I'm bumping this just to see if there is any fresh knowledge out there.

I have a cego. 92/70. 92 being outside pad and am after a replacement.

I looked into a universal handle as Alarm suggested but the supplied told me even with the length of the universal handle the bottom screw may go through the gearbox.

Any more help / fresh ideas would be great.
