I've had absolutely no dealings with that particular car Nathan, but access to the tank is often below the rear seat squab, maybe hidden by a metal plate or a large rubber grommet....have you checked down there?

Hi John, thanks for replying. I removed the rear seat but I couldn't see anything apart from what looks to be a plastic section, not sure if it comes off tho. I will take a picture tomorrow mate.
The fuel sender unit and fuel filter are a single sealed unit attached to the fuel tank and is quite an expensive unit and I'm sure the tank requires removal to gain access to it.
