Hi there,

House has a Vent Axia MEV Model: MVDC/MS A

Vent in bathroom pictured below has stopped working.

There's a similar vent in the kitchen which has never worked apparently and a switch nearby:-

Have the vents just packed up and need replacing or does anybody have any pointers?
