i have a vertias 8 system. After a recent loss of power to the system, it wouldn't reset. I followed the instructions on resetting to factory setup. All was well until I went to go to bed and set Part Set, it wouldn't set. I noticed the sound coming from the system wasn't as per normal, it was a low ticking sound and zones 5,6 and 7 were illuminated. I followed the instructions on how to set Part Set as per the handbook (51 or 52). The system wouldn't accept the changes and I notice the sound when I pressed the numbers on the panel was a low pitched sound not the usual high pitch sound. I did a walk test and all zones work correctly. What am I doing wrong?

How old is the panel? Post picture of pcb as the early ones had different programming
did you reprogram the full system using the engineers code?
