Hello,

I have the above boiler and there is a leak when you call for hot water between the 3 way diverter valve and domestic distribution manifold.

I have replaced the diaphragm (0226) and Seal retaining brush (0216) in the DDM. Unfortunately, the leak is still there.

Any suggestions for a fix i.e what is causing the leak

Hope you can help

If you have replaced the O ring on the DHW manifold it will be leaking out of the diverter tail plate.

Is the 'O' ring the retaining bush or something else?

The bit were the pin comes out of the DHW manifold has a small rubber o ring in it. It is held in by the brass bush.

If you take out the diverter and leave the cold mains to the boiler connected you will be able to see if it is leaking from the DHW manifold by turning on a hot tap.
If its not then it will be leaking out of the diveter tail plate.

Thats great stuff!

I have located the part number for the 0 ring (0349)

Will have a bash at this and let you know the outcome

Thanks for the info

Fixed - it wasn't the 'o'ring

I also had to replace the tail piece (0139) 333701

and bingo, no more leaks!!
