I have woken up this morning to find my rads on full heat.
The timer went off at 11pm last night. This wasn't a problem before the heating went on at 8pm and I didn't notice last night when I went to bed.

The only way I have managed to get the heat off is by turning the boiler to off. Which of course then means no hot water. :(
I have tried the hot water option only (think that's what I did anyway) but even that hasn't worked.

I really don't want my heating on all the time - cost being one reason.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thank-you

Firstly thanks for the reply.
I'm not too sure what that is :(

i have checked all the normal switches on the outside and nothing is different than "normal". I have had to turn the boiler off for now only putting it on when I need hot water.

Does this mean that it is something under the cover that I need to be looking at?

Yes it's inside the boiler!
You usually have to lift the bonnet to mend a car engine!
You need the manual, and to be confident with electrics.

Thanks Chris,

i know I sound I bit thick so my appologies.
My partner is fairly good with DIY but we don't have the manual for the boiler. I will try and get that.

Thanks again for your help :D
