Vokera Linea 28 pressure problem

I have a Vokera Linea 28. When it shuts of for the night (on timer) by the moring it is showing a low pressure alert and won't fire up. If I then put a small amount of water in through the filler loop it's OK but within half an hour it then shows excess pressure!
Can anyone offer any suggestion as to the cause and a possible solution.

Expansion vessel requires recharging.
Or posible blockage in expansion vessel flexible pipe on this model.
