Vokera Mynute VHE error code 74

Had a new Vokera Mynute VHE boiler fitted 2 months ago along with a new pump and they also put in an automatic by-pass.

We have occasionally been getting an error code 74, which after re-setting the boiler, all works fine.

Over the last week had this same error code 74, four times.

Any suggestions please?

We've also had another problem running alongside this as well, since the new boiler/pump etc.....whenever heating and water on at same time one of the downstairs radiators not heatin up but as soon as water turned off or reaches temperature, the radiator heats up.

Could the two problems be linked?

If you have the user manual to the boiler there should be an error code section that will give you a general idea of the problem.

If you still need help with the problem dont hesistate to re-post.
