Wall mounted pull up bar on internal garage breezeblock

Hi, after some advice on how to secure a pull up bar for home gym use onto the garage wall. Inside the garage is breezeblock. Would I be able to use drill through this and into the brickwork behind to secure the brackets of the bar? Or should I look at another way of mounting it?

I'd use resin wall bolts of heavy duty frame fixers - it depends on how crumbly the block is and if you plan to do any plyometrics on the bar.
