warmflow oil boiler problems

Youre joking!! So despite replacing the heat exchanger, its the pipes leading to and from that are blocked?
Would cleaning those cure the hot water issue? Are they within their rights to refuse any of this bill, the electrical works was totally unneccesary as all had been working fine for 2 years and i could not see anything on the receipt as electrical fittings/components. Thanks for your advice

Yes fixed two boiler with exactly the same issue.
If the system they are installed onto is dirty the pipe block up rapidly and the boiler overheats supplying hot water.

Refuse to pay such a silly bill. If the heat exchanger needed replacing
on a boiler I would be suggesting a replacement anyway.

The main heat exchanger on a warmflow has a 5 year warranty anyway!
So would have been covered under the guarantee.
