I wonder if anyone can help me?? :(
We had a new conservatory fitted last year and I have been unable to get it to seal where the two doors meet.
On very close inspection it appears that the door that opens is slightly concave about 75% down the door, by about 1.5mm.
This means it's snug at the top and bottom, but a 1.5mm gap 3/4 of the way down, letting a breeze and the cold in.
My question before I attack the fitter, is it a manufacturing fault or a fitting fault?
It's a Rehau frame built onto a dwarf wall....

its the fitters fault what ever happens if he left it that way  !!!!!

if the doors or frame where out he should tell you
he is the the man that must decide if the discrepancys can be accommodated by adjustment

if the problem has happened since fitting then you still have to get him back to sort it out

have you got a long strait edge to hold on the hinge side on both doors to see if the frame is in line !!!

I have just checked the doors/frame and teh rest is quite square, apart from the door that closes that has the concave bend in it.
It is also present on the glass beading edge of the frame as well so it look likes its the door frame that is bent!!!
Not being too well up on thease matters I thought it was a robust metal frame, and the palstic shows no sign of damage it musthave happend at the factory....
