Thanks I'm going to try that. No doubt as it's good for you it will taste disgusting. Wanted to get some sauerkraut too. Looked ib Asda recently and the stuff they had included too many ingredients. Think the best ones for gut only have 2 ingredients = cabbage + salt. Apparently anything else in there and it's not the best one to get. Also the stuff with all the good bacteria should come from a chiller in shop, they say if it's just in a jar on normal shelf it's not the good stuff.

I've had 3 McDonald's breakfast wraps in 3 days.

I'm very much into my gut health. It's amazing how much there is out there that we may not realise is gut friendly.

It's about getting the best of the best.
